2026 Spring Flag Football

Program Overview – SYC Youth Football is hosting a Spring Flag Football intramural program. 

  • The program will take place every Sunday at the High School from March 22nd through May 17th. 
  • No sessions on Easter (4/5) or Mother's Day (5/10)
  • Sessions will include the following:
  • 3/22 - Practice with Team; Meet Coaches
  • 3/29, 4/12, 4/19, 4/26, 5/3 - Five game sessions (Brief practice/warm-up followed by over 1-hour of game-time)
  • 5/17 - Final week will be an NFL-style combine event.

o  Kindergarten Clinic & Future Rinks: 1:30-3:00pm (separate fields)
o  Future Ponies: 3:00-4:30pm
o  Future Midgets: 4:30-6:00pm

Our goal is to have kids come out and learn more about our football program and have fun playing flag football with hopes of joining us again in the fall. The program is internal and is meant to be a fun - giving athletes of all abilities a chance to develop their fundamental football skills.

Teams will be selected by the Board, in collaboration with the coaches, to ensure teams are competitive based on abilities.
