SYC YOUTH WARRIOR FOOTBALL

   Our success depends upon a commitment to excellence from our participants, coaches, and parents. The goal of the SYC Youth Football program is to provide all children quality instruction; teaching them the meaning of good sportsmanship, teamwork, and cooperation.

 

SYC FOOTBALL PROGRAMS

  SYC Football is available for athletes ages 5-13 years old. Players must reside in the Southern York County area to play for SYC.

  SYC Warrior Flag Football (Spring Season)
Registration - February 1st through March 15th


SYC Warrior Tackle Football  (Fall Season)
Registration - April 1st through May 31st

2025 SYC Tackle Football Season

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
SYC Youth Tackle Football is available this Fall to anyone entering grades Kindergarten through 7th Grade in the Fall of 2025

PRICING
  • Includes a New Jersey (everyone will get a new jersey each year)
  • April - $150 (EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT - Offer Ends April 30th) - discount will be applied at checkout.
  • May 1st – June 30th - $200
  • Sibling discount of $25/player will be applied at registration checkout when all siblings are registered in the same transaction.
PRACTICES
  • Start Date – Tentative July 28, 2025 thru October 2025. Playoffs typically begin in November 2025. 
  • Frequency – Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6-8pm. K-1st grade will be only Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Location: “The Coop” – 72 N Coop Rd New Freedom, PA 17349
GAMES
  • Historically 8-9 games a season against other teams in York County League
  • Home Games played at Susky HS Football Turf Field
  • Games will be played once a week starting towards the end of August on Saturdays or Sundays throughout the season
TEAMS
  • Based on age and registration goal of having “Varsity” and “JV” teams at every level to increase the amount of repetitions kids get in live games
