2024 Fall SYC LL/York County Baseball

We would like to announce that the 2024 Fall SYC Little League Registration will open on June 1st with the following divisions and rates:

Tee Ball (LL age 4-5) - $50

Minors A Hybrid (LL age 6-7): A combination of 100% Coach Pitch & Limited Player Pitch and requires at least one year of Tball or Coach Pitch experience - $90

Minors AA Player Pitch (LL age 8-10): Full LL minors division rules except no stealing home. A 7-yr-old may request to be in Minors AA but is not guaranteed a spot - $120

Minors AAA Player Pitch (LL age 9-11): Full LL minors division rules. An 8-yr-old may request to be in Minors AAA but is not guaranteed a spot - $120

Majors (LL age 11-12): Full LL rules. A 10-yr-old may request to be in the Majors division but is not guaranteed a spot - $140

Intermediate (LL age 12-13): Plays on 50/70 field. Establishment of a team(s) or a transfer to York County League will depend on registration numbers - $140

Juniors & Seniors (LL age 14+): Plays on a 60/90 field. Establishment of a team(s) or a transfer to York County League will depend on registration numbers - $160

Sibling Discount

(Must sign up all siblings in same transaction)

2nd child - $5

3rd child -$10

4th child - $15

5th child -$20

6th child - $25

Games scheduled primarily on Friday evenings through Sunday afternoon from September 6th to November 3rd. Practices 1-2 evenings per week beginning August 26th.

2024 Fall Field Hockey 3/4 and 5/6

Description:

Practices will start mid-late August and games will start the weekend after Labor Day and run through mid-late October.

The 3/4 and 5/6 teams will play in a local with Littlestown, Windsor, Southwest and Dallastown. There will be 2 practices per week, until games start. Games will typically be on Saturdays or Sundays. We will have one tournament this year, the Harford Hockey Fest played on Saturday, September 30th. This is the second year for this league and hope it continues to grow in the future.

Note: There will be a maximum of 10-12 athletes per coach.

Age Groups / Fees:

$120 Grades 3/4

$120 Grades 5/6

Program fees include a uniform (reversible pinnie), a field hockey ball, tournament fee, other league/ref fees, administration/insurance and other general fees.

Location:

Practices at Susquehannock High School (SHS) and/or Miller Family Park, Miller Park Drive, Shrewsbury PA.

3/4 and 5/6 teams will have games at SHS turf, Red Lion Nitchkey Field or Fawn Grove.

Equipment that Players will be Responsible For Providing:

Field Hockey Stick (size should be about hip height)

Mouth Guard (molded)

Reversible Shin Guards (white/black or white and black socks/shin guard covers to be worn over shin guards)

Goggles (Optional but highly recommended)

Sneakers and/or Cleats

Black shorts or black field hockey skirt (optional)

5/6 - Field Hockey
