Players who submit completed forms and include the full registration fee or reduced fee (with written financial assistance request) will be considered first for team placement.  The following forms will have to be completed to finalize registration: Medical Waiver, Covid-19 Waiver, Concussion Waiver, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Waiver, Knothole Player/Coach Contracts, Player Code of Conduct, Parent Code of Conduct. 

Teams will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis according to availability and based on 10-12 players per team and coaches.  Late registrants will be placed on a wait list. Every effort will be made by the Sands Eagles Baseball program to get each player placed on a team.  But please note that placement of late registrants on a team is not guaranteed.
