2025 SPRING SOCCER is underway. Registration is closed. Please see information below for Fall 2025 registration. 

Registration for the Fall 2025 season will go 

live on Sunday June 15th, 2025 at 12pm and run through Monday June 23rd, 2025 @ 12:00 PM. I anticipate that teams will begin practicing in mid-late August with games beginning in early September. Practice will either be at Sands or at Otto Armleder, with the coaches choosing the date and time. Games can be at any SAY East field, listed on Soccer under "Game Fields". 

Signup is on a FIRST COME BASIS - subject to coach availability and team roster limits. Without volunteer coaches, we cannot field teams. If you are interested in coaching or assistant coaching, please reach out to Jamie at [email protected]; if you commit to coaching, your children get pre-registration so you are guaranteed spots for all children, not just the child you coach. 

Rosters are random, and if you leave a note, we may be able to make a requests, but at the U12/Strikes age and up, we do not make the roster, SAY East does. Additionally, SAY East must approve all rosters we create to ensure even numbers and ages. 

Fall is a 10 game season that ends towards the end of October. SAY East hosts a tournament at the end of October for the top 2 teams from each group in ages U12 and U14. 

If your player is waitlisted, please be patient, as we are VERY conservative during sign ups to ensure coaches, we may find we have spot for them as more players sign up! Please understand that new teams will mean we need more coaches. Please consider volunteering to coach during registration! If your player is pushed through after being waitlisted, you'll need to pay as we will not automatically charge your card. 

Each division consists of a 2 years age range that is set by SAY East. 
If you are interested in your player playing up one age division, please reach out to Amanda. 

2025 SAY East Cincinnati Area: Age cutoff date is July 31.

Registration fees for fall DO NOT include jersey and short (kit) - you must add it on.
Kits are renewed annually in the Spring season, so if your child played in the spring, the default is that they keep the same jersey & number in the fall. 

Notes: 
Children who turn 12 before 8/1/2025 must move on to J-H School Kickers division. Please reach out the Sands District Representative using the email found below for more details.

Children who are not at least 6 by 7/31/2025 are not eligible yet to play and must wait until following year to register.
