SAY Soccer Insurance Coverage

INSURANCE
K&K provides all SAY members with Excess Accidental Medical Insurance, featuring a $100 deductible. This insurance will respond for reasonable & customary medical costs incurred for injuries sustained while participating in any SAY sanctioned event.The benefits provided under this policy are Excess to any valid and collectible coverage; however, in the absence of other coverage this policy will provide benefits on a primary basis, subject to the $100 deductible.So even though you may already have adequate health insurance coverage, this policy offers additional accident coverage and is included in the membership fees. All claims must be made within 90 days of the injury taking place, and the first medical expense must be incurred within 26 weeks of the accident/injury.

SOCCER ACCIDENT INSURANCE
K&K provides all SAY members with recreational soccer Accidental Medical Insurance, featuring a $100 deductible. This insurance will respond for reasonable & customary medical costs incurred for injuries sustained while participating in any SAY sanctioned event. Even though you may already have adequate health insurance coverage, this policy offers additional accident coverage and is included in the membership fees. All claims must be made within 90 days of the injury taking place, and the first medical expense must be incurred within 26 weeks of the accident/injury.
