The Sands Eagles Soccer Program (SESP) is part of the Soccer Association for Youth (SAY) recreational league. More specifically, our program participates in the SAY East Cincinnati area. Though the playing rules governing our division are largely the same as other SAY divisions, a notable difference from other divisions is in how SAY East Cincinnati categorizes and assigns playing ages.
