Lex Littles Program

Lex Little Program

The Lexington Soccer Association runs a program for Lexington kindergarten students.  This program is called Lex Littles.  Lex Littles is for players who are attending kindergarten during their soccer season.  Fall season runs from September thru October and the spring season runs from April thru May.

The Lex Littles program consists of assigned practice times of 20 min followed by a 24 min game.  Coaches will be on field coaching and refereeing each match to give the players the best instruction they can.  There will usually be one game during the week and one game on Saturday.  Weekly times are 5:15pm and 6:30pm.  Saturday times run from 9am until 2pm.

The Lex Littles program is run in-house.  This means that all games will be played on the Lexington fields at Patriot Park against other Lex Littles teams.  Please visit the field tab on the menu bar for a map of fields at Patriot Park.

Lex Littles also needs coaches that are willing to spend some of their time assisting players with soccer skills.  Most kindergarten players are looking to just have fun!  Coaches can teach them the basic tactics of playing offence and defense along with how to kick and dribble a soccer ball.  Coaching is simple and fun for everyone!  Please volunteer to coach when you register your player for Lex Littles.

Each Lex Littles player will receive organized games against other Lexington teams along with a Lex Littles shirt that they can keep.  New shirts will be passed out during each fall season.  Please keep the shirts for your spring season as well.
