AYSA Code of Conduct

AYSA Code of Conduct

THE PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS AS WELL AS THE ACTIONS OF THEIR FELLOW TEAM SUPPORTERS. THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY TO ALL PARENTS, COACHES, AND SPECTATORS.

1. Do not abuse the game officials with verbal dissent. Referees are part of the game. They do make mistakes, but they are far fewer than the players on the field, and without them the game could NOT be played.

2. Do NOT shout instructions to the player when the ball is in play. This is very distracting to the players and may be in conflict with what the coach is teaching. DO try to attend the practices and learn what the coach is trying to teach the players and encourage the players to use what they learned.

3. Do not engage anyone in a verbal conflict whether it is an official, coach, player or spectator. Any conflict, whether it is verbal or physical, will be dealt with immediately with the assistance of the local police if needed. Any conflict which was not dealt with when it occurred, will be investigated and submitted to the disciplinary committee or the police.

4. Do not abuse any facility or the equipment in anyway. Anyone found to have been responsible for such actions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

ANYONE WHO ENTERS ANY FACILITY USED BY AYSA CONSINTS TO THESE RULES AND AGREES TO LEAVE SAID FACILITY UPON REQUEST.
