2024 DYC Basketball Summer Workouts

The 2024 Summer Workouts are hosted by the Darien Youth Club and will be focused on developing the skill sets needed in youth basketball. This program is perfect to prepare for the Winter Basketball Season with DYC. The Summer Workout clinics offer your child hands-on instruction covering all mechanics - shooting, dribbling, passing, and Defense.

Players will be divided by age groups.

Goals

Fundamental Skill Development
Keeping Kids Active During the Summer Months and Developing Healthy Habits
Having Fun while Building Friendships and a Love for basketball

The workouts will be held on Sundays in February at the Hinsdale South Fieldhouse.

3rd grade -5th grade will be held from 10:00 am to 11:30am
6th -8th will be held from 11:30pm to 1:00pm
