Why does DYC need membership feedback

Answer:
Often the easy assumption would be "No News is Good News" and that is NOT always the case. 

Positive feedback:
Coaches/Directors/Commissioners and Executive Board Members should be made aware of positive feedback

If you have an issue or complaint you would like to submit to the Executive Board (President, V.P., Secretary or Treasurer), we respectfully request that all correspondence be signed so we may contact you to gather more information and to provide you with resolution details.
The Board will not respond to unsigned complaint letters.
