Volunteer to coach!

Ideally, each U8 team will have a volunteer coach. Your soccer team can operate without a volunteer coach because of our staff assigned to every event; however, more direction, guidance and attention can be given with a volunteer coach.

Why volunteer coach?

- Offer players more opportunities to learn
- Receive a coaching t-shirt
- Give back to the soccer community

The long-term advantage of coaching is to learn the framework to carry on as coach in future years.
