2020 SPRING BASEBALL DIVISIONS
2020 SPRING CAL RIPKEN LEAGUE
T-BALL - Ages 4-5 - ($140 per player)
T-Ball players will practice one evening each week with their team in the Huntersville area. Each practice will last 1½ hours. Practices and games will focus on teaching players sound, age-appropriate FUNdamentals by running players through fun-filled “Skills & Drills” that provide players with the multiple repetitions they need to further develop their mechanics. On Saturday mornings players will participate in games with their teams.
COACH PITCH - Ages 6-7 - ($165 per player)
A transitional division between T-Ball and Machine Pitch. Coaches will pitch to batters. One Practice & One Game per week.
ROOKIE DIVISION (Machine Pitch 46/60) - Ages 7-8 - ($185 per player)
One Weeknight Practice, One Thursday Evening Game and a one Saturday Game per week.
MINOR DIVISION - (Kid Pitch 46/60) - Ages 9-10 - ($200 per player)
One Weeknight Practice, One Wednesday Evening Game and a one Saturday Game per week.
MAJOR DIVISION - (Kid Pitch 50/70) - Ages 11-12 - ($200 per player)
One Weeknight Practice, One Tuesday Evening Game and a one Saturday Game per week.

Teams will be made up of 12 players, which means SPACES ARE LIMITED. All Cal Ripken Teams will practice at least once weekly and play up to 2 games per week (typically one weeknight and one Saturday games. There may be a couple of doubleheader weekends. Opening Ceremonies will be held on Friday Evening March 27th
Our goal is to conclude the season no later than May 30th for Cal Ripken Divisions. Possibly before Memorial Day Weekend - (WEATHER PERMITTING).
2020 SPRING BABE RUTH LEAGUE
BR 15U - Ages 13-15 - ($200 per player)
BR 18U - Ages 16-18 - ($200 per player)
Babe Ruth Teams will be made up of 12 players, which means SPACES ARE LIMITED. Teams will practice 1-2 times weekly and play up to 2 games per week (typically Mon/Thurs or Tues/Fri). Games will begin in mid April, and the season concludes in mid to late June (WEATHER PERMITTING).
ALL BASEBALL GAMES & PRACTICES ARE WEATHER PERMITTING. IF THE WEATHER COOPERATES, WE WILL TRY TO MAKE UP GAMES, HOWEVER, THERE IS NO GUARANTEED NUMBER OF GAMES FOR ANY DIVISION. THE GOAL IS A MINIMUM OF TEN FOR COACH PITCH AND ABOVE.

Skills Week is scheduled the week of March 2nd-6th for most divisions. More information coming soon.
Players should try and attend at least 2 sessions.
Registration Fees for all divisions include a practice t-shirt, game jersey, and embroidered hat that players keep. Parents are responsible for supplying a pair of GREY, BLACK or WHITE baseball pants (to be determined by each teams head coach) as well as socks (color also to be determined by each teams head coach) to be worn at practices & games. (Note: For the T-Ball, Coach Pitch and Rookies division, pants should be elastic or drawstring design. For the Minors, Majors, & Babe Ruth divisions, pants should be belt loop design, with parents supplying an elastic baseball belt).
LATE FEES
Any Registrations in T-Ball, Coach Pitch, Rookies, Minors, & Majors Divisions made after March 8th may be assessed a $10 Late Fee.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Any Cancellations made prior to 3/2/20 will only be refunded 50% of your registration fee. After 3/1/20, no refunds will be processed.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
