The Player Portal is able to facilitate the redemption of a credit balance due to Kroger Community Rewards Earnings and working working Bingo.

This form will request a coupon for the credit balance amount that can be used towards an online registration.

• Click on the Redemption Form button from the main page

• The form will automatically be defaulted to redeem the full amount of the credit balance.  If the full amount is not required, click on Other Amount and the Amount field will be editable.
• Click on the Submit button to send the request.
• A popup dialog will state that the coupon code will be sent via email within 7-10 days.
