The Player Portal will is able to facilitate the submission of Kroger Community Rewards Earnings Requests (families must submit their earnings information to Valley in order to receive a credit; Valley receives no information from Kroger).

• Click on the KCR Earnings Form button on the top right of the page

• Supply the following information:
  • Kroger Card #
  • Card Name
  • Earnings Amount
  • Screenshot
    • Click on the Add button on Screenshot 1

• An Insert dialog window will open
• Click on the Choose File button
• A popup will show all the files on your computer.  Locate the file and select it

• When selected, click on the Upload button to finish
• Screenshot 2 and Screenshot 3 fields are available in case the required information (Kroger Card #, Card Name & earnings) could not all fit on 1 screenshot.

• Click on the Submit button to complete the earnings request
• You can repeat process for additional Kroger Accounts
• The net amount of the earnings (earnings x 80%) will post as pending earnings and a coupon can be requested.  See Credit Balance Redemptions>>
