Each quarter when Valley AFC receives its Kroger Community Rewards payout, the following process will be followed for you to receive your funds:

Valley AFC will send out an email to all families that have signed up that Kroger payment notification has been received.

Log into your Kroger account and print a screen shot of your account update page. This will serve as your “official” statement showing what your individual contribution to the Valley AFC Rewards check was for the most recent quarterly payout. This is CRITICAL for us to know how much you earned (Kroger will not supply any information to identify families).

You will have until the announced deadline to claim your individual contribution(s) to the overall Valley AFC payout from Kroger.

The screenshot must include the Kroger Rewards Plus #, Name & Earnings amount (on 1 page). The screenshot must be uploaded with your earnings request via the Valley AFC Player Portal>>

Your contribution will be transferred into your Valley AFC account as soon as administratively possible (Valley AFC will credit you 80% of your earnings, the club keeps 20%).

Please allow 1-2 weeks to process earnings requests.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once the deadline has passed, you will NO LONGER be able to claim your contribution & it will be placed into the Valley AFC general fund. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Make sure we have your correct email address(s); one that you check often!
