Valley United Indoor Soccer: Safety Protocols
Players must wear a mask as they enter the facility, leave the facility and are allowed to wear their mask during the game if they choose. Coaches and parents (spectators) must wear a mask for the entirety of the session.
One parent per child is allowed inside during the session. Parents must be wearing a mask and physically distanced from other parents along the perimeter of the building (there is more than enough space to accomplish this even if there are the max of 24 parents inside). Parents will not be allowed to stay in the lobby.
Air will be ventilated with overhead fans running and the exhaust fans turned on every 15 minutes. Heat will be turned off during this procedure, so the overall temperature inside will be pretty cold.
Hand sanitizer will be available for players and they are encouraged to use it during breaks in play. We will ask that your child use the restroom before coming to soccer so that the likelihood of them needing to use the restroom is minimized.
Players and parents will enter through the main entrance and exit through the side entrance creating a one way traffic flow.
Players should only arrive five minutes before their game and game times have 15 minute breaks between to allow players/parents to exit before the next round of games start.
All players and parents are required to do a health assessment before coming to their game which should entail a fever and symptom check. If fever or symptoms associated with COVID19 are present the player and parent should not attend. Information on COVID19 symptoms can be found here>>
