Rules of Play for 3v3 & 4V4 Drop-in play and tournament style games. 
Games will be played with the official FIFA soccer rules. Exceptions to the FIFA rules are listed below.
All players must be registered OYSA members. 
This is Drop-in play, so the attending coach will make ultimate determinations of the rules of the game based on safety, fun and fair play.

3v3 with rolling subs. Both players must tag center yellow post coming in or going out

If one team is up by 3 goals the other team can add a fourth player

Lines are out, posts are in if it hits and rebounds back into play

Line outs are played within 5 seconds by foot, with the ball played from the line

Kick Offs. May be kicked in any direction. You cannot score directly from a kick off (ball must be 100% over the mid-line to be considered on the offensive half of the field). The kick off is an indirect kick. Kick off can happen, immediately upon scoring.

Kick-ins. The ball shall be kicked into play from the sideline, rather than thrown in. The ball is considered in play when the ball is touched and changes position. This is an indirect kick, and a goal cannot be scored from this kick.

Blue card is a 2 minute penalty. 
Ball hit on ceiling or over the fence, up to 1 min penalty.

If a winner needs to be determined, it will be done by a shoot out. Rules to be explained before shoot out (from a predetermined spot or a trick shot called before attempt is made.

Twenty minute non-stop games.
