Broomfield Soccer Club’s competitive soccer program, also known as Broomfield Blast, is designed to develop every player to their fullest potential. BSC will create an elite training environment for all players striving to achieve the next level of play. All competitive players try out for a team within their proper age group. Our technical staff and competitive coaches evaluate players and then place them according to individual technical ability, tactical understanding, attitude and experience.
Technical Staff
Under the guidance of our technical staff and experienced competitive coaches, our teams are exposed to a wide array of soccer knowledge and experience. Our coaching staff has experience ranging from playing in professional leagues and college to coaching college and high school.
Competitive Soccer Seasons
U11-U15 boys and girls play both fall and spring seasons. U16-U19 girls play club season every fall. U16-U19 boys play club every spring. Fall league play will usually run from the third week in August to the beginning of November. Spring league play will usually run from March to the end of May. The eight to ten game league season is generally played on Saturdays with an occasional Sunday game. Each season will consist of four to five home and four to five away games. Away games can be played across the state and Wyoming, though most games are played along the Front Range. Pre and post season tournaments as well as "off-season" programs will lengthen seasons, including winter training provided by BSC and included in your fees, and winter futsal leagues hosted by BSC.
Competitive Program Fees
Broomfield Soccer Club has always offered some of the most affordable competitive fees in the state. Beginning with the 2016-2017 season, a set number of tournament fees, indoor training fees, and coach's fees will all be included in the registration fee. BSC collects one fee per year, which is inclusive of the fall and spring seasons. Payment plans are available. Additional tournament fees, indoor league fees and travel expenses for out of state tournaments (and a couple of in state travel tournaments) are additional fees collected at team levels, which are optional per team. Items that are optional per player include camps, Broomfield Fives, and individual training. For more information about competitive program fees, email [email protected].
