Coach
Serve as a coach for a team in your chosen age Division. You would likely choose to coach your own child. You are responsible for the overall management of the team. You enjoy working with with children and create a safe, supportive, positive and fun environment. You would conduct 1 or 2 training sessions each week, guide them during games, and evaluate players towards the end of season. You must be certified in AYSO Coach Safe Haven as well as division appropriate Coach training. AYSO provides the trainings at no cost to you.
Referee
As a referee you are responsible for working with your referee team to ensure that the games are safe, fair and fun. Being a referee is a great way to learn the game, get some exercise and be close to the action. AYSO follows the International (FIFA) Laws of the Game and provides all the necessary training. You self-schedule your time for maximum flexibility.
Division Manager
The Division Manager is responsible for ensuring that teams are BALANCED by age and skill. You work with the Assistant RCA’s to create the teams and assign coaches. You also participate in Team Assignment Night where the coaches are given their team rosters
Team Parent
The Team Parent is responsible for all non-coaching aspects of the team. You can only volunteer to be a Team Parent on your child’s team.
