Step 1: Register Player and Volunteer in eAYSO

 If you played in FALL then you have done this step already - scroll down to Step 2  
This step is Required only once per year (Aug-July) to store the AYSO e-Signed Emergency Forms.  

    - Returning AYSO Players (or Volunteers) from a prior year choose "Returning Player?"
   - First-Time AYSO Players (or Volunteers) will first create an account then choose "New Player?"
   - For Players ignore the "Parent Jobs" Screen in eAYSO when asked - you will Volunteer later at Step 2.
   - In the Adult Volunteer application when asked, choose "Volunteer" or the role which best matches
   - Write down your Player and Volunteer AYSO ID numbers (available in eAYSO below)
   - Make sure to hit "Continue" and then "Submit" at end of each for when eSigning or it will be incomplete.

Step 2: Register for a Volunteer Role

AYSO is an all volunteer organization and we cannot operate without you the parents, to help with coaching, refereeing, field preparation and administration. We ask that each family take on one volunteer role to help our program. There are many different jobs and we use a system called iVolunteer to keep track of these. 

Please consider Coaching your son or daughter's team!  Its super fun and we will train you!

We also make available, as one method of volunteering, the ability for a family to make a $250 Volunteer Donation. This is a "role" you can select at this step and then the donation is made during Payment in Step 3. Donations are used to support the league in various ways including supporting families who may not have the means to play otherwise.

Note to U5 Parents:
If you have only a U5 Player (under 5 on 7/31/16) then please choose "U5 Parent" as your volunteer role at next step to meet your volunteer obligation. All other ages will choose 1 volunteer role per family.

Step 3: Choose Programs & Make Payment

Here you will choose the specific Program for your player(s) and make payment via Credit Card.
The available Programs will be listed in the next screens under each Player(s) name.

Choose "CORE U6-16 SPRING 2017" or "CORE U5 SPRING 2017"
 - First-time AYSO Players can upload verification of birthday (Birth Cert, Passport) at this step
 - Your Credit Card charge will show on your statement as BLUE SOMBRERO
 - VIP Players (players with special needs) please skip this step & email [email protected]

If you do not have a family Saratoga Soccer account yet, you will be asked to create one at the next step and add in your player(s) information (this is separate from eAYSO). This new account allows for faster signup & secure online payments. Once payment is made you are complete and will receive an email confirmation.

All discounts (Sibling, Early Bird, Multi-Season, etc.) will be applied at Check Out.
