Schedule 2021

U5 - U6 (Pre-K and Kindergarten) Program

The Kiel Soccer Club U5-U6 program is the foundation for the youth and high school programs emphasizing "games with balls" to introduce basic concepts of the game.  The season progresses towards short scrimmages where the skills learned can be put into action. The mission of this program is to introduce general skills through play, and to build the understanding of team work and good sportsmanship.

When do U5-U6 play?
The U5-U6 play from 5:30-6:30pm on Thursdays from April 22nd through May 27th.
Where do U5-U6 play?
U5-U6 play most weeks at the Kiel Soccer Complex on Meggers Road. If there are no fields available, our alternate location is Karls Field on Mueller Road. See our schedule for week-by-week locations.

Most teams are made up of approx. 8-10 players.
What are the costs?
Current registration fees are just $35.00.  No early bird discount.
What equipment does my
U5-U6 need?
Soccer requires shin guards for safety. Cleats are recommended, however tennis shoes are an acceptable alternative at this level. Balls are provided by the club.
Are there special cleats?
Yes. Soccer cleats have two cleats on the toe.  Single toe cleats are for baseball and football.
These cannot be used on the soccer field.
Does my U5-U6 need a uniform?
The Kiel Soccer Club will provide a team t-shirt for players who have registered prior to the registration deadline.
Who is my player's coach?
The U5-U6 program is led by parent coaches. If you are new to soccer and are interested in learning along with your child, our program provides the perfect opportunity. Email [email protected] for more info.
Is there a picture day? Picture day occurs during one of our regularly scheduled practices. Picture day will be held May 6th, 2021.
