Club SyrV (pronounced “serve”) has a mission to provide a place for elite volleyball athletes from Central New York to develop their talent and compete at the highest level possible, while preparing to play at the collegiate, national and international levels.  Club director, Kathy Patton Gedney and club coordinator, Karl Caputo, founded Club SyrV in 2009.  In it's first twelve seasons, Club SyrV has grown to host up to 19 teams with players from over thirty different school districts. For the 2021-2022 season, Club SyrV will offer PREMIER girls teams at the 15U, 16U and 17U levels in addition to Elite girls teams at the 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U and 18U levels. There will also be TNT (Training and Tournaments) programs for 8U-13U, 14U-16U, and 16U-18U. All programs 13U and younger are coed. Our coaching staff continues to be made up of the most passionate and knowledgeable coaches in Central New York, most of whom have competed at the collegiate level and some who have competed at the professional level.  All of our programs focus on a highly competitive AND relentlessly positive experience for all our players!
