INTRODUCING… CLUB SYRV SAND
Beach volleyball is currently the fastest growing sport in the NCAA! That’s right, you can now play BEACH volleyball in college and even earn a SCHOLARSHIP to play! Unfortunately, given the climate that we live in, it is hard to find opportunities to play as much as we would like. Club SyrV Sand will give Junior Boys’ and Junior Girls’ the opportunity to learn the beach volleyball game and improve the level of play in the Syracuse Area!
Club SyrV Sand has been formed to give girls and boys ages 10-18 an opportunity to learn the game of beach volleyball in a positive, fun environment. Our coaching staff consists of individuals who have all competed in beach volleyball at the Professional Level.
Our first two events are coming up quickly. The Club SyrV Sand Clinic will take place at the Bridge Street Tavern on their enclosed, heated court on April 23rd from 12 – 3 pm.
Our High School Sand 4's Tournament will take place on April 30th, also at the Bridge Street Tavern in the dome. The tournament will start at 11:00am and is scheduled to finish around 6pm.
Registration for both events must be done online at www.clubsyrv.com. Click on “Register for a Program”, then look for either “High School Sand Clinic” or “Sand Tournament April 30th”. Payment should be made at time of registration and is $45/player for the clinic and $100/team for the tournament.
