All players must attend all classes, and be on time, in order to participate in a team activity that day. If a player has an excused absence, they must submit this written excuse to the Athletic Director the day before. 

If this day-before notification isn't possible, a phone call must be placed and message left at the Attendance Office (301-279-8561) BEFORE 7:25am. The student should bring a written excuse to the Athletic Director and the Attendance Office upon arrival at school. 

Failure to comply with this policy, including tardiness or cutting classes, will result in the player being ineligible to participate in the next scheduled team activity, whether practice or game.
