All players, whether Varsity or Junior Varsity, will be issued identical uniforms (which also facilitates potential movement between rosters, as well as the potential for calling up any Junior Varsity player to join the Varsity squad at the conclusion of the Junior Varsity season).  During the pre-season, players will be provided an opportunity to request specific size/number combinations, though of course, the ability to give everybody exactly what they want is somewhat limited.  First priority will be to try and match "size" requests, and second priority will be to try and grant requests for specific numbers within that size.  We will do the best we can!

The following information is provided in order to facilitate the request process.  All players will be asked to provide a ranked request for (a) size and (b) numbers that fall under that size.  The inventory of possibilities is listed below(for field players, only; goalkeepers will be addressed, seperately).

Please print out this form, complete it, and hand in to Coach Schuessler on Tuesday, August 24 (at the Wheaton scrimmage).  In addition to requesting preferences for jersey sizes/numbers, it also requests preferences regarding game socks.
