The overall objective of our athletic program is to compliment the Christian principles and disciplines taught in the classroom through organized activities where the participants can release their physical and mental energies. 

Our Lady of the Visitation Athletic Club helps all of the sports at Visitation pursue excellence and develop a positive value including the fundamentals of each sport, teamwork, sportsmanship, and the importance of prayer and faith in every phase of our lives.  VAC provides a wide variety of sports for boys and girls from preschool to high school.
