About the Wrestling Program

Wrestling at Visitation is open to all girls and boys from 1st through 8th grade.

Registration Fee

Grades 1st through 6th - $100
Grades 7th and 8th - $125

Registration Fee Includes:

Cincinnati Youth Wrestling Membership and Registration Fees
Coaching at practices and tournaments
T-shirt

Practice Schedule - All practices held at Elder High School

1st - 3rd grade - Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 - 7:00pm, starting Tuesday, November 19th
4th - 8th grade - Mondays 6:30-8:00pm; Tuesday, and Thursday 7:00 - 8:30pm, starting Tuesday, November 18th
Please note that coaches may adjust a wrestlers practice schedule depending upon age, weight and experience.

Additional Costs:

Wrestlers will need to purchase their own shoes.
Wrestlers with braces should purchase a mouthpiece that covers top and bottom braces.

Competitions

All competitions are optional
We encourage all wrestlers to attend at least one tournament.
Schedule of additional tournaments will be provided, typically this includes an additional entry fee

7th and 8th Grade and Experienced Wrestlers

Those planning on competing in OAC events will be required to have headgear.
There will be additional tournament fees for tournaments.
