| | | In order to create the most competitive divisions, it is possible that age groups may be combined. | | |
| | | Premier and recreational teams are welcome. We will do our best to create competitive divisions based on info provided by coaches when registering. | | |

| | League Costs | |
| | | Olathe Indoor Premier Soccer League will extend over both Winter sessions. Teams will play 8 games. U9-U19 cost is $700.00 per team.
Clubs with 5 or more teams registering should contact us about a club discount. | | |
| | | | | |
| | | If we are unable to place a team, their full registration fee will be refunded. Teams requesting refunds before October 16th will receive all except $100 that is nonrefundable. Teams withdrawing after October 16th will forfeit the whole registration fee. | | |
| | | | | |
| | | Should the league be cancelled due to Covid-19 Pandemic before any games have been played, then teams will receive a full refund (less credit card processing fees, if applicable). If games have been played, then teams will receive a prorated refund based on how many games they have played.
Any guidelines we put in place for Covid precautions will be mandatory. | | |

| | League Rosters | |
| | | Each team must either submit a completed "Olathe Premier Indoor Soccer League Roster/Waiver Form" with parents signatures before their first game. | | |
| | | | | |
| | | Teams will not be allowed to play until the roster form is submitted to our office. It is preferred that all the parents sign the same form, but we will accept multiple forms from one team. | | |

| | | Guest Player Forms are available here and under Club>Forms on our website. | | |

| | Length of Season | |
| | | In the Premier League session, teams will play 8 games from November 12th through the end of February. | | |
| | | | | |
| | Game Days and Times | |
| | | Games will be played on Friday evenings, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday. | | |
| | | Game start times could range from 5pm - 10pm on Friday, 7am-10pm on Saturday, and 7am-7pm on Sunday. | | |
| | | Teams should be prepared to and expect to play at any of those game times, though we will try to avoid scheduling the younger kids past 8pm. | | |
| | | | | |
| | | Game weekends for Winter Premier include Nov 11-13, 18-20, 27, Dec 2-4, 9-11, 16-18, 30, Jan 6-8, 113-15, 20-22, 27-29, Feb 3-5, 10-12, and 17-19. Coaches may select up to 6 days that their team cannot play when registering. | | |

| | Uniforms | |
| | | All players must have uniforms of the same color. | | |
| | | The visiting team as designated by the schedule shall be responsible for providing an alternate color uniform or pennies, in case of a conflict. | | |
| | | | | |
| | Equipment | |
| | | Game balls will be provided by the home team. | | |
| | | U9-U12 use a size 4 ball. | | |
| | | U13 and up use a size 5 ball. | | |
| | | If two age groups are combined that normally use different size balls, the older age group's size ball will be used. | | |
| | | In order to extend the life of the turf, regular soccer cleats will not be allowed. Please wear turf shoes or sneakers. | | |
| | | | | |
| | Game Schedules | |
| | | Schedules will be posted online no later than 7 days prior to the league start date. | | |
| | | Schedules will be available through the HTGSports app or the HTG website. | | |
| | | | | |
| | Scheduling Conflicts | |
| | | For the Premier division, since it extends over the whole Winter, we do allow teams to submit up to 6 conflict dates. These are submitted during the registration process. | | |
| | | | | |
| | | Please note - it may not be possible to reschedule games after the schedule has been posted, as every game slot may be used. So please be sure to submit up to 6 conflicts when registering. | | |
| | | | | |
| | | No league games will be played on the Friday or Saturday following Thanksgiving, on Christmas weekend, or on New Year's Day (though there could be games on Sunday, January 2nd). | | |
