Why do you offer monthly identification clinics?
Monthly identification clinics provide opportunities for current club members and the greater community. For our players, it provides them with an additional opportunity to train and compete against players of the same caliber (regardless of club affiliation). For players outside of our organization, it allows them with the chance to experience a traditional training environment with our coaching staff, in addition to the added opportunity to develop and compete.
When do you post the dates for future clinics?
Per the Kansas State Youth Soccer Association (KSYSA), we will post the clinic no later than fourteen days in advance on both our website and social media channels.
What should my son or daughter expect if they attend an identification clinic?
A typical session will include technical activities, whether individual or small-sided. In addition to small-sided activities, each identification clinic session will end with a scrimmage.
Will there be college coaches present?
No, at this time the identification clinics will be run by Kansas Rush Soccer Club staff.
Is there a cost associated with attending?
No, these identification clinics will be free of charge.
Is this only open to current Kansas Rush Soccer Club members?
No, these identification clinics are open to all players as long as they meet the age requirements.
Is this event sanctioned by the Kansas State Youth Soccer Association (KSYSA)?
Yes, we have approval so players do not have to be concerned about eligibility regardless of their club affiliation.
