Coventry Little League is an all-volunteer organization, and we rely on the involvement of our parents to make each season a success. Every family is asked to contribute a minimum of 5 volunteer hours in the Concession Stand (Coaches, Team Parents, and Fundraiser Committee members are exempt). A $100 volunteer bond is collected at the start of the season and is refundable once volunteer hours are fulfilled.
Volunteer opportunities include Team Manager/Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Parent, Concession Stand shifts, and Fundraiser Committee roles. No prior experience is required, and hours are tracked by Team Parents.
All volunteers in season positions must complete a volunteer application and background check, including a copy of a photo ID.
