Dear Sacred Heart Family,

Another season is just around the corner, and preparations are underway for a successful year, and we are looking forward to another record number of children participating. We'd like to share information about our sponsorship opportunities, for you, your friends, family, your business, civic group, or even your employer.

• Since 1958, Sacred Heart CYO has been a self-sufficient organization that provides team-building and mentorship through baseball, t-ball and softball for nearly 1,000 children from Eastampton, Hainesport, Lumberton, Mount Holly and Westampton, as well as several hundred children from the region who participate in tournaments at our facility. 

• Over the last few years we have experienced a significant increase in the number of children registering for our program.  Registration fees and sponsorship's fund the majority of the annual operating costs of our organization, including insurance, team uniforms, equipment, T-shirts, coaches training and certification, and supplies, and it is run entirely by volunteers.

• Due to this increase we are seeking additional sponsors so that we can continue to provide a tremendous recreational opportunity to our youth, and open space to our community at a reasonable cost.  We need your help in providing these children the opportunity to continue to play baseball and softball at a reasonable price to the parents. 

Sponsors will have a fence sign created on their behalf, with the signs to be prominently displayed at our fields throughout the entire season.  We’ll work with you to create a customized billboard which will effectively get the word out to the community about your business or organization. We would also be willing to discuss any marketing programs or in-kind donation of services or labor you may be willing to provide as part of your sponsorship.

Your participation will have a profound impact on thousands of members of our community.  By participating as a sponsor, you will enjoy not only an advertising opportunity for your organization, but you will also play a critical community development role as well.  Further, a sponsorship may also provide you with a tax-deduction.

We also accept non-monetary donations and gifts-in-kind.  Naming rights opportunities are also available. If you wish to sponsor the league or if you know someone who would, we’d welcome the opportunity to speak with you about the benefits of sponsorship.

• Over 700 children from the greater Rancocas Valley region (Burlington County, NJ) play baseball and softball at our four-field complex annually from March through October
• Located on the high-traffic Route 541 Bypass in Hainesport, NJ, ~30,000 cars drive by our 150’ complex frontage daily
• Our complex hosts multiple travel league tournaments per season, netting attendance from over 1,000 families from all throughout the entire Northeast
• College showcase events in summer and fall attract hundreds of additional participants for even greater visibility
• Sponsor sign location availability in prime viewing areas near complex entrance, concession stand, along field fencing and main walking areas for maximum visibility
