TAYSA will be participating in Ashby’s Annual Bonfire on July 3 from 5-9 PM, and we need your help! At the bonfire, TAYSA will have a food tent to feed all of the hungry participants, and will be selling chips, drinks, hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, and sausages. We will also have a raffle table with some great prizes (Stanley cups, a cooler, Revs tickets, and more).  Cash and Venmo will be accepted. 

We are looking for volunteers to help grill and sell/serve food and clean up, as well as donations toward the cookout. Please complete the sign-up genius for items you are willing to donate and/or time you are willing to volunteer. We have broken the shifts into two-hour increments so you will be able to help and still have time to enjoy the event with your family.  

Anyone who is donating food can either bring it to Allen Field in Ashby on July 3 from 3-3:30pm, or we can make arrangements for someone to pick up the food. If you don’t have time to shop and would prefer to make a monetary donation via Venmo (@TAYSA-Assoc) or a gift card, TAYSA will do the shopping for you.
