Davidson Day Fall Rowing Program with Regatta Preparaton.

Description: Athletes will have semi-private sculling lessons/competitive training in single (1x) shells. They will start in recreational singles and advance to racing singles. This will optimally position them for future racing in both singles, and scull or sweep boats big boats.

The program will prepare participants for the High Point Autumn Rowing Festival Regatta on Sunday, October 6, 2024. Athletes will compete against other novice youth rowers and be able to watch collegiate and masters races. Watch this video to see what boat racing is like in High Point.
