Updated Family Day Schedule, Raffle, T-Ball Pictures

The schedule for Family Day on May 31^st has a slight change for the Majors All-Star Game and the 12 Year Old Home Run Derby.  Don’t miss a really great time for the entire TYBA Family.  There is still some time to sell (and buy) raffle tickets to win some great prizes that will be given away on Family Day.  As a reminder, T-Ball Picture Day has been moved to Saturday, May 31^st at 8:30 AM. 

Family Day

Family Day festivities are scheduled for Saturday, May 31^st at Wicasse Fields.  Please note the changes in red below.   This is a great event celebrating the families, players and coaches that participate in the league.  There will be complimentary food and beverages during the course of the day. 

Schedule of Events:

• 8:30AM – T-Ball pictures (see below)

• 9:00AM – T-Ball games

• 10:30AM – Farm games

• Noon – 8 Year Old HR Derby

• 12:45PM – 9 Year Old HR Derby

• 1:30PM – 10 Year Old HR Derby

• 2:15PM – 11 Year Old HR Derby

• 4:00PM – 12 Year Old HR Derby

• 4:00PM – Raffle Drawing

• 4:30PM – Minor League All Star Games (Wicasse 2)

• 5:30PM – Major League All Start Game (Wicasse 1)

Raffle

The raffle is TYBA’s one major fundraiser and all proceeds go towards two important goals:

• Keeping our registrations fees low (no increases over the last 4 seasons)

• Making improvements to our world-class facilities – most recently, the bathrooms and batting cages at Wicasse.

As always, there are some really great prizes including:

• Grand Prize – 50” LED Smart TV

• 2^nd Prize – X-Box Gaming System

• 3^rd Prize – 4 tickets to the Red Sox vs. Mariners on Saturday, August 23^rd

All tickets sold must be returned to your team’s coaches by May 30^th so that we can pick the winners on Family Day on the 31^st.   

T-Ball Picture Rescheduling

T-Ball pictures have been rescheduled to take place at Wicasse Field on Saturday, May 31st at 8:30 AM.  Please have your order form filled out in advance to save time.  If a player has missed the date for their Division’s photo, they can go to this session for their individual photo.
