4^th Grade:  1:15 – 2:15 (OG)

                                                        5^th Grade:  2:30 – 3:30 (OG)

Sunday, October 2^nd, 2016

6^th Grade:  1:00 - 2:15 (PC)

7^th Grade:  2:30 – 3:45 (PC)

8^th Grade:  4:00 – 5:15 (PC)

Friday, October 7^th, 2016

6^th Grade:  5:00 – 6:15 (PC)

7^th Grade:  6:30 – 7:45 (PC)

8^th Grade:  8:00 – 9:15 (PC)

• Make-up date TBD if needed
• All boys wishing to be on a team must attend evaluation(s).
• Any 6^th, 7^th, 8^th Grader that skips an evaluation risks jeopardizing their final rating and placement.
• Each boy’s skills will be assessed by several evaluators.
• No parents are allowed in the gym during evaluations.
• Due to tight schedule, players should arrive 15 minutes before start time so they can register and receive a number.
