Every October the Nazareth Soccer Club holds its Annual General Membership Meeting. This meeting is required by the clubs bylaws and is intended as an opportunity for the club as a whole to meet and conduct business that requires attendance of the complete club membership.  

The current Board of Directors would like to invite all general members to attend this meeting currently scheduled for October 14th, 2020 at 7:30pm.  We will provide a Zoom link to allow remote attendance on our website and Facebook at least one week before the meeting (see below).

General Members of the Nazareth Soccer Club includes:

• NSC Board Members
• Parents of Active Players
• Active Coaches
• Any person appointed to a role by the Board of Directors

There will be two important items of business that will be covered.
First, a motion to amend the current bylaws will be brought forth for a vote. Secondly there will be nominations and elections for the board positions of the Club Registrar, Treasurer, Communications Director, Team Equipment Director, Fields Director and Vice President.

We will also hope to fill some vacant League Representative positions, which are entry-level, small-commitment roles to help the Club interact effectively with our local leagues.
