C.U.B.S. Refund Policy:
Refunds are not guaranteed. The only guarantee refund will be made 3 days after the initial registration. If a refund is granted after the 3 day grace period it will be determined on the cost of items that have all ready been purchased. For example If uniforms have all ready been ordered then $50 will automatically be deducted from the refund and $15 Dollars will be deducted for the cost of insurance. We will also hold a $10 processing fee for the cost of the original order process and for the refund processing. There will be a $0 refunded after the season has all ready started. The season officially will start on May 1st with practices, and Games beginning in June. 

If you would like to request a refund, please send your request to  [email protected] and include the following information: 1) Player Name 2) Payment type 3) Name on check or credit card 4) Division registered in, 5) Home address, 6) Amount paid, and 7) Reason for refund.

Once refund has been established a check will be mailed to you with refund.
