Board Members- These members volunteer many hours of their time, looking and search for ways to ensure the children have the most enjoyable season possible, while remaining safe, and learn the game. They serve on the Board on a volunteer basis, no pay, and the satisfaction of knowing they are doing everything in their power to bring smiles and team building friendships to the children in the organization. Without their work and dedication to find and build the building blocks of C.U.B.S. the organization would become just another organization offering baseball or softball without the heart and enjoyment. We are looking for driven, motivated, and caring individuals who have the common goals of ensuring the children come first. We understand that life prevents us from doing lots of things in life, But to juggle these events and throw another event in there like Coaching, Managing, Umpiring, Team Parent, Committee Member, or even becoming a Board Member and it deserves to be commended, and we Thank You for stepping up. It can be a thankless jobs at times, but seeing the smiles, watching them grow to become upstanding citizen, and develop as a team can be reward enough to know you had a part in that journey in their life.
