C.U.B.S. was Founded on a Dream on the 9th of September 2013 by its founding member. Since then it's foundation has been built by the hard work of its board members, families, friends, Sponsors, and other outside organizations to assist this league in providing the best opportunity for the children. Today this organization has been Built by the Children and will continue to do so for the many years to come.
