Our Mission:
The objective of the Gem City Youth Conference (GCYC) is to provide the youth of the GCYC member clubs an opportunity to develop sportsmanship, teamwork, respect and leadership skills through participation in football and cheer.  The GCYC will provide a common operational structure, playing rules, guidelines and participation requirements for locally organized 501(c)(3) youth football and cheer organizations who have successfully applied for and been accepted as a GCYC member.
