History of TFA

TFA, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, was founded June 1, 2006 and started out with 190 players and 12 teams. Since then, TFA has steadily grown to now be the home of 250 plus players and 18 teams.

TFA has two full-time and 15 part-time staff members. 

TFA has developed over 1,700 players to go on to be successful in their careers, and continues to cultivate more players each season. As of 2018, TFA has help put over 60 players in college soccer programs. The club has also taken over 200 players to Europe over the past 11 years, visiting nine different countries (England, Scotland, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Holland and the Czech Republic). We continue this "trip of a lifetime" every Easter with our U16’s and older teams.

Moreover, TFA also has produced Directors of Coaching and other coaches for national organizations and college programs, as well as former players going on to become coaches at club, high school and college programs. TFA also has represented Ohio North at the Region II tournament as a State Cup winner, as well as having players represent TFA as Ohio North State Team and Region II members.
