TFA offers a true to form Academy structure. This pyramid of development outlines each tier within our club, and allows us to follow a blueprint similar to that of professional European clubs. Players at each level are taught with a specific curriculum in mind, so they are prepared and knowledgeable when progressing up the Academy ranks. This ensures that all our players are being taught at the same level and allows for a player's progress to be better monitored.
