It is time to start getting our athletes ready for game days! We will be hosting "RHAM Ramp Up" events for both football and cheer to promote strength and conditioning along with skills and drills. Its a great opportunity to get reconditioned prior to the season as well as to get to know some of your RYFC coaches and board.
The RHAM Ramp Up events will be held July 7th (Thursday), July 12th (Tuesday) and July 14th (Thursday). All events will be from 6pm-7:30pm at Gilead Hill School. These events are open to any rising 1st through 8th graders who attend school in Andover, Bolton, Columbia, Coventry, Glastonbury, Hebron, Lebanon and Marlborough.
Pre-event registration is required for all participants. Please visit https://rhamyouthfootballcheer.wufoo.com/forms/ryfc-rham-ramp-up-registration/ to register. Once completed this will be valid for all sessions that are offered.
What to bring:
Participants should be dressed in athletic wear with comfortable sneakers or football cleats, if available. Please make sure your athlete hydrates prior and brings an adequate supply of water.
When your athlete arrives, they will need to check-in at the registration table to verify preregistration and receive a wristband.
