FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Question:  Is financial assistance offered?

Answer:  Yes, those who qualify may receive up to 55% financial assistance.  Individuals are encouraged to apply in-house at any one of our three branches prior to league registration.  The amount awarded will be applied to all YMCA programs and memberships.

Question:  How long will the financial assistance continue?

Answer:  Need for financial assistance is reassessed annually depending on the situation and is based on the calendar year.

Question:  How will the financial assistance amount be determined?

Answer:  We have a fee scale, based on total household income and number of dependents, which assists in determining the amount of financial assistance you qualify for. We also consider special circumstances such as medical expenses or loss of employment.
