REGENTS WEIGHT TRAINING

LOCATION: WEST HIGH SCHOOL
COST: FREE

During the school year, all Regent athletes currently in grades 6-8 may use the Madison West High School Weight Room during their hours of operation. Athletes will learn the proper technique of weight lifting while focusing on core areas of strength. All participating athletes will be under the supervision of Strength and Conditioning Coach, Tyler Seubert.
