Virtual Player Packet

2024 Parents Meeting Presentation
Parents Meeting Presentation will be posted for those unable to attend live following the meeting in April.

Rosters and Schedules

Team rosters will be emailed to the email address on file in the player's record in late April. Rosters will come from [email protected] and have the subject line, "DePere Rapides Youth Soccer Player Update". If registration was completed after rosters are completed, you will typically receive a roster within a few days of submitting your registration.

Practice schedules will be communicated to you from your coach. If you haven't received information on practices from your coach by the first week of May, you can contact them using their email or phone number listed on the emailed roster, or emailing from this website's email option. (To access email option, you must be logged in and the My Account page. Under your player's name, click View Team Page and then go to EMAIL submenu. If viewing on mobile device look for the first email icon in menu on the team page, or for full instructions and screenshots, click here.)

Game schedules for all divisions can be found under the Schedules menu above once posted, typically by early May.

Coaches have the option to also add practices and treat schedules in the team page.

An optional app, GameChanger Team Manager, is also available to view your team's information. After downloading the app, login with the same account used for this website. You may need to use the magnifying glass at the top of the screen to search for your team. (For your team to be available in the search results, one of the team coaches must first add the team on the app.)

Required Documents to Print

The below 2 documents, concussion awareness form and medical form, will need to be printed, completed and turned into your coach at your first practice before your child can practice or play soccer this year.

  - Concussion Awareness Form  - Versión en español
  - Medical form - Microsoft Word version - PDF Version

Review the following forms to understand the player's and parent's expected code of conduct during the season. These do not need to be returned to the coach.

  - Parent code of conduct
  - Player code of conduct

Age Verification

If this is the first year playing with DPRYS, or age verification is not on record from a past year, you also will need to provide proof of player's birthdate. (If verification is completed, your player will have the note of "Document Verified" near the date of birth/birth certificate fields in their player registration.) Age verification can be done by returning to the player's profile in the registration portion of this website to upload an electronic copy of birth certificate or other document showing player's name and date of birth, emailing a photo/scanned copy to [email protected] or mailing a copy (no originals please) to DPRYS, PO Box 5033, De Pere, WI 54115. You may also bring a copy in person to show a board member in the Oak Room of the De Pere Community Center on Monday, March 11 anytime between 5:30pm and 7:00pm. (Park in upper lot and enter through upper level entrance. The Oak Room will be down the hall on the right.)

Team Photo Night

Photo nights will be held mid May. A detailed schedule will be posted shortly after rosters are published. Note that all photo nights may be a different time or date than practices are typically scheduled. Please be on time, as the photographers will not wait for late players. Ordering will be done online, you will be provided with card containing a link to order photos at photo night, or ordering instructions will also be posted here. Coaches and players, remember your uniforms!

What to wear?

Shin guards are required in order to play. Soccer cleats are recommend, but regular gym shoes can be used. (Baseball cleats can not be used. Baseball cleats have a spike on the toe, where soccer cleats will not.) A uniform t-shirt or jersey shirt will be handed out by coaches at practice. Due to the potential of injury, no jewelry, even newly pierced ears, can be worn. Also, with the exception of an "air cast", no splint or cast can be used during play. Bringing a soccer ball to practice to use for drills is optional - U6/U8 uses size 3, U10/U12 uses size 4 and Minor/Senior teams use size 5 soccer balls. If bringing your own soccer ball, it is recommend to label with your name.

How will I get notified if the game is cancelled?

DPRYS games are RARELY cancelled, as weather can change quickly and games are spread across a wide area, including De Pere, Ledgeview and Wrightstown. Minor and senior games are across the Brown County area. It is advised that you plan to show up to each game unless you feel that it is unsafe to go. There are several methods you can use to check on game cancellations. However, we normally only post or a send an e-mail cancellation due to poor field conditions. Here are the options for notification of cancelled games:

-Check the Game Status tab of this website.
-Check the DPRYS Facebook page - www.facebook.com/depererapides
