Thank you for your interest in becoming a Referee for the 2026 Soccer Season!
Referees are paid for each game they referee. Referees will be sent a link to a sign up of games in advance of the season starting, so they can select the days that work for them. Players can both play and referee during the same season. SAY referee training will be provided. An email with dates available for training will go out in March. Every referee must attend one training (or must receive approval if unavailable for training).
You must be 13 years old as of May 31st of the current season to referee for DPRYS. Candidate referees are recommended to have played soccer at least 3 out of the last 5 years.
To sign up to referee, use the same registration process as a player by registering on this website. If you have not played with DPRYS in the past, you will need to first create a player profile and then complete the registration for referee. As of February 15, we have reached the number of referees needed for the season, and also have all waitlist spots filled as of March 10. Registration for the 2027 season is anticipated to open in December.
