CHYBA Coaches are to manage MANDATORY PLAY TIME.
4U & 6U Teams are to make substitutions every 4 minutes. Scorekeepers are to sound
the horn at the 4 minute mark to allow teams to make substitutions.
8U Teams players are to play in all 4 quarters. Coaches are to make substitutions.
10U & 12U Teams are open substitutions with equal playing time. Coaches are to make
substitutions.
14U Teams are open substitutions each player must play in both halves.
