The mission of the AYSO VIP Program is to provide a quality soccer experience for individuals whose physical or mental disabilities make it difficult for them to successfully participate on mainstream soccer teams. What is successful participation? It should be defined by the player’s enjoyment and the safety of all team members.

When our children gather to play sports they are practicing socialization, learning from each other, and making friendships that will last into their adulthood.

BONITA AYSO REGION 116 is building Very Important Player (VIP) team(s) for players with special needs. Residence in the Chula Vista/Bonita area is not required; any child wishing to learn about soccer is welcome.

All AYSO VIP Soccer Teams are traveling teams. They play games on their home fields and alternate traveling to games with other VIP teams in La Mesa, El Cajon, and Tierrasanta.

The Registration fee includes, uniform (jersey, shorts and socks), pictures and insurance.

Practice begins in August and games begin in September and end mid- November.

All games are on Saturdays.  Practice Fields and Game Fields:     To Be Determined

To register, please go to www.eayso.org , and register your player.

1.       VIP players must register online (Bonita is Region 116), fill in the online forms

2.       Click the checkbox to indicate you agree to use electronic signatures

3.       Type your name to electronically sign this document

4.       Scroll down and click the CONTINUE button at the bottom to proceed to the final page and submit.

5.       Print 3 copies of all 3 pages (Registration Pages (1&2) and the Concussion Awareness Page (3).

6.       Please sign and date page 1 and 3 on all 3 of your registration forms, as well as initialing page 2.

7.       Bring three signed copies of your form. VIP does not require any documentation such as birth certificates. If you have problems registering there will be persons who can assist at the registrations dates.
